Good morning everyone. First things first, I know I have been lacking in blog post these past few weeks. LIFE HAPPENED!!! LOL My children have been on a 3 week school holiday. We went away for a few days and I just spent time with them. I really do enjoy the school holiday, no getting up early and no making school lunches.
Right, back to business. Today I am sharing a double page layout. This is a special layout. Every DT member had to choose a month of the year and create a page for that month. I chose December. We have now created a full album that will be auctioned off at a charity event, to raise money for cancer. I hope this album brings in lots of $$$$$ for Cancer and thanks to the LSHD TEAM,they have done a stunning job with their pages.
I bought some little beaded Christmas trees from one of our local craft markets. Our African ladies truly do a stunning job with their bead work. I don't think I would ever be able to to this.
The paper flowers were cut using LSHD patterns. Using the grunge technique I sprayed with colour mists and used perfect pearls and added a hint of stickles to the flowers to give them a Christmas feel.
I also used Sliver glitter paper for the flourishes, snowflakes and title. Some bling and pearl strips were also added to the page and some were used to create a flourish. Thanks for looking and have a great week.
